Responsible For
  • Support Quality Lead in managing daily QA/QC activity to ensure quality of products shipped out of factory.
  • Review and have corrected manufacturing and compliance records – ensuring that documentation packs are error free before issuing to the customer.
  • Support process validation qualification activity and production part approval process documentation.
  • Establish and embed procedures for Real Time Problem Resolution on the shop floor.
  • Engage with production management & operatives to reduce rework and scrap.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activity.
  • Support internal, 3rd party and customer system and/or process audits.
  • Support internal meetings for proper disposition and control of non-conforming materials.
  • Support internal meetings for proper change control process.
  • Support data collection and reporting quality performance for management and customer reviews.
  • Undertake assignments as directed by the management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements
  • At least an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certificate.
  • Proficiency in microsoft office suit.
