Steps to facilitating Certification and Accreditation

1. Initial Gap Analysis

Our experts Auditors will conduct an in-depth gap assessment and analysis of the current state of your organization’s quality management system to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

2. Customized Certification Process Flow Planning

Based on your organization’s unique requirements, timelines, and available resources, we develop an implementation plan for the certification that will be convenient for all stakeholders.

3. Full Documentation And Development Of Implementation Tools

Our professional consultants will assist your organization to develop and improve the necessary documentation, including organizational structure, process interactions, quality policies, quality objectives, quality manual, standard operating procedures, work instructions, registers and forms to align with the international standard and the organizations strategic direction while effectively addressing the complexity, size and scope of your operations.

4.Comprehensive Awareness Training And Certificate Of Participation

We liaise with Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) to schedule and facilitate the external (third-party) audit, to ensure a smooth certification or accreditation audit process. We will guide your organization in addressing any corrective action identified (if any) to ensure receipt of certificate.

9. Issuance Of Certification Or Accreditation Certificate To Your Organization

With our guidance, your organization will successfully complete the external audit and receives the prestigious certification or accreditation certificate. By this, your organization is certified.
